How to dress in the style of normcore?
After years of convincing that standing out from the crowd is super, the fashion world surpised us all with "anti-trend" called normcore. It appeared on the scene last year, and despite many expectation and doubts it hasn´t gone away since then. Who would like to dress dull on purpose? Just to be clear, normcore dictates you to put on purely basic pieces with simple cut. Muted or no colors are welcomed. Dig out of the closet stuff from the nineties that reminds you school times and put on some comfortable sneakers. If you decide to build your wardrobe according to this style, equip yourself with monocolor shirts without printing or labels, tracksuit pants, loose jeans, turtlenecks, oversize coats and white knee socks. The first who came up with this "boring" hit was New York Magazine in February 2014. Soon, the trend was worshiped by prestigious magazines like Vogue, Forbes and Vanity Fair. Add the normcore to your vocabulary. Next time when won´t feel like creating anything special and when you put on jeans with sneakers and a white t-shirt, you'll know that even at that moment you´re a true trendsetter.
